Vitamin B12

Vitamins are essential nutrients which we must have daily for normal growth and development. Vitamins are categorized into two groups i.e. water soluble (vitamins B and C) and fat soluble (vitamins A, D, E and K). There is a keen interest among health professionals to use vitamins not only to support treatment but also as preventive therapy for some diseases. Vitamins are required daily in small quantities to work optimally to boost the immune system and promote optimal tissue and organ function. There is insufficient evidence from clinical research to demonstrate the effectiveness of mega doses of vitamins as therapy. Some vitamins if use above the recommended daily dose can result in toxicity.

What is Vitamin B12?

B-complex vitamins include Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 and B12. Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin which plays a key role with the formation of red blood cells. It is also essential for the proper functioning of nerve cells and by extension, the nervous system and the brain. Vitamin B12 is needed for metabolism at the cellular level to synthesize DNA, amino acid and fatty acids. The structure of Vitamin12 is comprised of vitamers and cobalt.  We are not able to synthesize Vitamin B12 but it is produced by certain bacteria. We in turn get our source of Vitamin B12 from the food we eat.

Synthetic Vitamin B12 is produced commercially in large quantities. This is done by chemically modifying bacterial hydroxocobalamin. This synthetic Vitamin B12 is an important ingredient for the pharmaceutical and food industries. The food industry uses it to fortify foods especially cereals and health drinks. Dietary supplement of all kinds include Vitamin B12 in the formula for multivitamins but is also available as a single vitamin.

Why is Vitamin B12 necessary?

The association of Vitamin B12 with an autoimmune illness called pernicious anemia underscored for health professionals and researchers, the importance of this vitamin. Vitamin B12 is required for proper red blood cell formation. Researchers have also demonstrated the integral requirement for Vitamin B12 to prevent other neurological disorders.  Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause severe damage, to the brain and nervous system. Symptoms as mild as fatigue, depression, and poor memory could be as a result of Vitamin B12 deficiency. More severe symptoms are psychosis and mania.

What are the signs of Vitamin B 12 Deficiency?

Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) deficiency is a common disorder with potential irreversible hematological and neurological consequences. The main causes of vitamin B12 deficiency include vitamin B12 malabsorption from food, pernicious anemia, postsurgical malabsorption, and dietary deficiency However, in many cases, the cause of vitamin B12 deficiency is unknown. The following groups are among those most likely to be vitamin B12 deficient.

Elderly persons: Individuals with atrophic gastritis are unable to absorb the vitamin B12 that is naturally present in food.  Atrophic gastritis is a condition which affects 10%–30% of older population. In this type of gastritis there is a decrease in the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. This in turn results in decreased absorption of vitamin B12. In addition to this, decreased hydrochloric acid levels might also increase the growth of normal intestinal bacteria that use vitamin B12.

Synthetic vitamin B12 added to fortified foods and dietary supplements is fairly well tolerated with good absorption by the intestinal tract. The IOM recommends vitamin B12 supplements and fortified foods for adults 50 years and older. Elderly patients with atrophic gastritis require higher doses to prevent vitamin B12 deficiency.

SEMrush Review: Why All Internet Marketers Should Give This Tool A Try

SEMrush claims that you can be a digital marketing rock star using their tool, but do you really need this tool to be a digital marketing rock star? Can’t you just do it alone? I don’t think so, but I’ll let you decide for yourself. This SEMrush review will talk about how it works, who is using it, the benefits and cons of it, and why I think that all internet marketers should give this tool a serious try to experience exactly how powerful it can be.

How Does SEMrush Work?

SEMrush is not a software that you have to download. It’s an online tool that you can use in every aspect of your internet marketing plan. Many tools focus on one or two aspects of internet marketing, but SEMrush focuses on many things, such as:

– Your top competitors and their keyword strategy, ad strategy, backlinks, and progress.
– Keywords that don’t have a lot of competition and are easier to rank for.
– How two domains stack up against each other.
– How your site is doing, including errors, warnings, notices, and top issues using their site audit tool.
– SEO advice personalized to your site.
– The ability to monitor your brand and measure your efforts to get it out
– Your competitor’s top content, which gives you an inside look into what type of content works well in your niche.

Plus so much more. SEMrush is a tool (with many features and benefits) where you can get all of your internet marketing work done in one place, which is why it is so desirable to many people.

And you are able to get all of your SEMrush data gathered into one PDF report. This is great for businesses who want to keep tabs on their progress or companies who want to help their clients understand how beneficial they are to their business and exactly what their money is getting them.

Who Is Using It?

Not too long ago it was really easy to rank in the search engines without a lot of knowledge. When I first started, I quickly got to the top page of Google with many hot keywords simply by adding a ton of keywords to my content and then linking to myself from as many places as I could.

My content wasn’t bad. It wasn’t copied or low-quality, but my SEO strategy was definitely focused on getting as much as I could from doing as little as I could. Then, during one of Google’s famous updates, my site took a hit. It was pretty much dropped from Google and I quickly realized that cheap backlinks and keyword strategies weren’t going to cut it for me anymore because getting ranked and getting traffic suddenly became much harder to do. I decided that great content wasn’t enough anymore. Now I needed to have a great marketing strategy in place too.

I think that’s the story a lot of internet marketers have about how they started using tools like SEMrush. We all needed a clearer vision of what our best competitors were doing to maintain their high rankings in the search engines as well as how we were really doing with our efforts. We could no longer get by on ignorance. When it came to keyword research, backlinks, and advertising, we needed a better way.

If that resonates with you at all, then believe me, SEMrush will be something that will benefit you. It will help you understand what works in search engine marketing for your site, what you are currently doing wrong, and what is working for your competitors in terms of backlinks, keywords, and ads. SEMrush will help you build a marketing plan that will work.

In addition, many internet marketing companies are using SEMrush to separate them from other internet marketing companies. I would think that anyone who runs an internet marketing business will make this tool one of their important business expenses. It can give them the edge to help their clients succeed online and make a name for themselves as one of the top businesses to help clients get real results without having to do the work for themselves. That’s a valuable thing in this age of limited time!

The Big Benefits Of SEMrush

This SEMrush review isn’t about breaking everything down bit by bit. If you decide to use SEMrush, you will need to do some work to discover everything that the tool can offer you, because there is a lot! But, following are some of the biggest benefits of SEMrush that you need to be aware of.

Uncover Your Competitors Strategy

Long Tail Pro Review: Do You Really Need This Tool?

They say Long Tail Pro is the best tool for long tail keyword research, but what does it really offer you, and do you really need it? I know how it feels to wonder if you should spend money on a tool that may or may not help out your online success, which is why I wanted to do a Long Tail Pro review. I want you to leave knowing if this is a product that will be a good investment and help you get more traffic, more leads, make more money, and have more success overall. So let’s get into it!

What Is Long Tail Pro?

It’s a paid software that can help you find long tail keywords – plain and simple. You can download the software on up to 3 computers with your paid purchase. And you need adobe air on any computer you want to put the software on.

One thing I don’t like is that their video they have posted on their site starts out by saying something like, “Do you ever wonder how businesses can succeed overnight?” which implies that their keyword tool can help you have raving success quickly. That’s not true, so please don’t believe that.

Don’t get me wrong, the chances of you getting indexed and ranked quickly for a long tail keyword are high, but you need to build content around a lot of keywords before you have raving success. It just can’t happen overnight.

You do need to connect your Google account to the software in order to make it work for you. It integrates with the Google Keyword Planner to give you accurate results. You also need to create an account with moz.com. Both these are needed to get certain data from the tool, so keep that in mind as you consider whether or not you want to use Long Tail Pro.

When you have Long Tail Pro downloaded, you enter in a keyword that you want to rank for and the tool will create a list of long tail keywords related to that keyword. It tells you how competitive the keywords are and how many people are searching for them, and you can move forward from there.

There is also a Long Tail University available with every annual plan. This is where you can learn all about how to use the tool and make the most out of it. This is perfect for beginners or people who really want to understand everything there is about the tool and how to use it effectively and get the most value for their money. When they say this is a $197 addition, they mean it.

Lastly, they have a blog to help you stay up to date with the software and current keyword issues or events. Not only are the blog posts helpful to your keyword success, but go ahead and read the comments in that blog. It will become very obvious that some long-term, successful bloggers and product developers are using the Long Tail Pro keyword tool for their business, and that proves just how effective it is at doing its job – and doing it well.

What Can Long Tail Pro Do For You?

I don’t want to sit and go through the how-to in this review because you’ve probably already seen that in other reviews or on the Long Tail Pro site. I want to review exactly what this tool can actually do for your online business or blog, which is what you need to know.

The whole point of this tool is to rank for keywords that don’t have a lot of competition. For instance, you may desperately want to rank for the keyword ‘weight loss’, but the chances of doing so – at least on the first page where you want to be – is pretty slim. There is a ton of competition for that keyword, and that competition has years of content, link building, and plain old authority under its belt. You can’t compete with that. The search engines will almost always favor people who came before you and have a stronger on-site and off-site SEO plan that you do.

In short, for most people, there’s no point in trying to rank for a major keyword. It’s a waste of time. It’s much better to use Long Tail Pro and find keywords that do not have the competition, such as ‘weight loss’. For example, using the tool you may find a keyword like ‘weight loss mistakes’. If you can be one of the first to rank for ‘weight loss mistakes’, then you will dominate that keyword.

The Real Benefits Of Long Tail Pro

Long Tail Pro shows you a ton of related long tail keywords, not just one, and it shows you the local searches, global searches, how competitive the keyword is, and more. With this list, you will know what keywords you want to target and why, and that is a very good thing for online businesses.

Too many people create content schedules off blind faith. They pick a keyword that people seem to be looking for, write a post on it, and then hope for the best. That’s not a good idea. There is a very slim chance of success working in this way.

People who use tools like Long Tail Pro, on the other hand, don’t just pick a keyword. They take the time to figure out why they keyword will work for them, and why other keywords will work for them, and then they can create a content schedule that has purpose and potential. The chances of finding success with purpose and potential are exponentially higher than just shooting in the dark with your keyword strategy.

9 Sympathy Quotes That Will Help You Understand Yourself And Others Better

I find that a lot of people are looking for sympathy quotes for the loss of someone or something to help their friends, family or themselves feel better. It’s a great way to work through a painful time. But, I think it’s equally important to understand what sympathy is, what it does for us, and how to show it properly. That’s why these 9 sympathy quotes are so important. They highlight what sympathy is and the importance it has in your life and this world.

1. The Difference Between Sympathy and Empathy

“Empathy fuels connection. Sympathy drives disconnection.” – Dr. Brene Brown

If you think that sympathy and empathy are the same thing, then this is one of the sympathy quotes that makes it crystal clear that they are not. But, despite what it looks like, I don’t think that being sympathetic is a bad thing. Not in the slightest!

Being sympathetic means that you feel bad for someone else and what they are going through, but you do not get overwhelmed by someone else’s feelings and situation, which is what happens when you are empathetic.

I experience empathy quite a bit. I often cry at the misfortunes of other people and feel their pain, which is being empathetic, but it freezes me from being able to do something for them because I’m so caught up in the feelings that they are caught up in. It’s almost as if I am going through what they are going through, and it’s hard to think clearly and take action when you are in that state.

Someone who is sympathetic doesn’t feel overwhelmed by emotions, so they can take action to help that person if it is possible. They can help them find the silver lining, or they can find it themselves, and take action for someone when they are not able to.

For instance, a natural disaster requires sympathetic people. People who feel bad for the situation, but don’t get dragged down by the intensity of it, can see what needs to be done to help. They can quickly contribute on a big scale to help people.

That said, I think empathy is important for relationships where a connection is necessary. Sympathy promotes a response from you, but it doesn’t necessarily make the person talking to you feel better. Your response may be frustrating and hurtful rather than helpful. Your actions may be more annoying rather than beneficial. But when you are empathetic with someone close to you, you resonate with them, hug them, and listen to them. You empathize with their pain, and in doing so, your connection gets stronger.

2. How Every Sympathetic Person Feels About Cruel People

“It’s sickening to me the lack of compassion and sympathy that some people have for others” – Ricky Smith

We are connected to people like never before, and it gives us a lot of chances to be sympathetic to what is going on in their lives. Those of us who understand what others are going through and feel bad for them don’t do anything to harm other people. We don’t leave mean comments. We don’t make fun of people. We may interact with the person letting them know we understand and care, but we don’t take the time to make them feel worse.

Unfortunately, there is a ton of people who are not sympathetic to others who are in distress. They are rude, hurtful, and downright disgusting to others. They go out of their way to make people who are suffering suffer some more.

Coming from the perspective of sympathy, it’s hard to see why these people do what they do. We can’t sympathize with their need to spread hate, fear, or anger, and that’s because we can’t relate to them. Our brains just don’t work that way, thankfully.

3. Sometimes It’s Hard To Have Sympathy For Someone

“I’ll always have more sympathy for someone taken in by a snake oil salesman than I will for someone who helps him sell the snake oil.” – Ben Howe

People who have sympathy at appropriate times are not always sympathetic. There are some things and people they just can’t sympathize with, such as a cruel person or a person with a huge victim mentality.

For instance, a friend of mine has a mother-in-law who lives with a victim mentality. At first, he sympathized with her pain. He saw where she was coming from. He tried to help her feel better. But, after ten years of her whining and being a victim in life, he couldn’t sympathize with her anymore. He saw the ‘real’ her. The one who wouldn’t take action. The one who lied and manipulated people to feel bad for her. The one who thrives off the negative attention rather than positive attention. Even though it was clear she was still in pain – it was a pain that she had created for herself, and he lost his ability to understand and try to comfort her.

Another example of when it’s hard to have sympathy for someone is when they choose to put themselves in the way of trouble.

For instance, Michelle Obama recently said to Stephen Colbert that she doesn’t have sympathy for the pressures that Melanie Trump is facing because this is what you take on when you choose to support your husband for president.

How To Start A Successful Blog: What Tools Are Necessary For Your Blog?

You want to create a successful blog that inspires and influences a ton of people, right? You may know what topic you want to blog about. You may even have a content schedule in place and already know what your first 50 blog posts are going to be about. But, do you know exactly what tools are necessary to start a successful blog? If not, keep reading.

Just like everything else, blogging requires tools to help you get your blog up and running smoothly. It requires tools to help you reach an audience, make a good impression, and then keep that audience coming back to your blog so that you can build a relationship with them that helps you not only create a successful blog but earn a huge income as well.

The 10 Big Necessary Tools That Will Push Your Blog Towards Success

Don’t get me wrong, YOU are the key to your blog’s success. Your willingness to learn, adapt, and create a valuable blog that people will flock to are all things that contribute to your blog’s success. Moreover, your ability to keep your blog fresh with new content will help you stay relevant in the search engines, and in your visitor’s eyes.

But without the right blogging tools, it’s going to take a really long time to reach the audience you want to reach and convert them into loyal followers that help your blog find the success you want for it. In fact, without the right blogging tools, you will have to put a lot more effort and time into your blog, which can make blogging more stressful than it needs to be.

What tools do you need and why? Let’s talk about 10 necessary tools.

1. Bluehost

The biggest blogging tool you need is a good hosting company. They are where you will host and create your blog. In short, they will give you your own little piece of real estate on the Internet to build your blog.

A good hosting company should help you get your blog up quickly, have a control panel that helps you access applications that you want quickly, and give you plenty of uptime (meaning your blog stays up and visible to visitors as often as possible).

I suggest finding a hosting company that allows you to create a WordPress blog. I’ve tried the other blogging platforms before, and I can say with complete certainty that WordPress is the only platform that can help you easily build a successful blog. Not only is it user-friendly, but there is a forum dedicated to helping you answer any questions that you may have throughout your blogging career in terms of WordPress. I can’t tell you how many times that forum has helped me create a better-looking blog or fix an issue that was causing my blog to be down or broken in some way.

As far as hosting companies go, Bluehost offers the speed, security, functionality, customer service, and uptime that you need. You can get unlimited domain hosting, email accounts, and file transfer. You can also upgrade later on to a more dedicated type of hosting, which means that as your blog grows, you won’t have to worry about not having enough space to accommodate the additional files you add to it and traffic you receive.

In other words, as your blog grows in success, you can stay with Bluehost for all your blogging needs. This will save you a lot of time and headache in the future.

2. Thrive Themes or StudioPress Themes

Your blog’s theme is what creates the design and layout of your blog. The theme is what determines how your header looks, how your font looks, how your colors look, and how everything else looks!

It also determines the first impression your blog’s visitors get, and as we all know, the first impression is everything. If they see a disorganized and unattractive blog, they can easily get the idea that the blog is unprofessional and unable to help them get the information they need and want.

I spent years using free themes, and I regret every minute of it. Free themes are often ugly and they don’t allow you to create the type of look for your website that you want to create. They have limited options for changing your blog’s font, colors, widgets, headers, and footers, so your blog ends up looking like everyone else’s blog that is using that same free theme.

Blending in is not how to start a successful blog. You want to stand out and create a blog that leaves a unique, positive, and lasting impression on people so that they remember your blog and come back for more. There are two themes that I recommend to help you stand out.

Thrive Themes is perfect for beginners or busy people who want a professional and elegant looking blog, but who don’t want to have to do a lot of work on their blog. It offers you a drag-and-drop method of building a website, and offers a ton of different designs that are ready to use.

Also, Thrive Themes include a ton of built-in components to help you improve your blog on different levels, including speed, social sharing, style, and capturing leads. You don’t need to get a ton of extra plugins because Thrive Themes will take care of a lot for you.

StudioPress offers premium themes that can help you build a professional looking website on WordPress and make sure that it is SEO-friendly. You will find that many popular bloggers are using StudioPress themes because they have a clean and professional look that is easily tailored to fit the blog’s unique look and needs.

The themes on StudioPress don’t include a lot of excess built-in features, which means you will have to add some plugins, but that’s the beauty of it! You can choose your own plugins based on your needs and configure your blog exactly the way you want to.

3. AWeber or Get Response

Next, you need to have blogging tools to help you stay connected to your visitors. If you are not using an email marketing service, you are prolonging the time it takes for you to have success with your blog. It’s a simple as that.

The people who sign up to receive emails from you are your key to success. They help promote your blog and they are the people who return to your blog over and over again, which helps you show search engines like Google that you are a blog worthy of their attention.

As your email subscribers start to trust you, they start to buy stuff that you recommend, which is where the financial success comes in. The more loyal subscribers you can get, the more sales you will make in the long run. In fact, just one good email out to your loyal subscribers could earn you a huge paycheck for the month.

Your subscribers also give you ideas for your blog and help you understand your audience better so that you can appeal to more people and get even more subscribers. In short, without them, success isn’t going to happen.

There are two places I recommend for email marketing. The first is AWeber and the second is Get Response.

AWeber is a user-friendly email marketing service that helps you get up and running quickly. It helps you build opt-in forms, build your list, automate your emails, understand how to use email marketing to your advantage, and send stylish emails to your list that they will enjoy looking at. They offer a free trial so you can check out their service.

Get Response offers a lot of things that AWeber offers, but is a little bit cheaper. It gives you the ability to create automatic emails that go out in a sequential order to your list. This is a great way to funnel people into a sale that you know they will like down the road. It also offers analytics to see how your emails are doing and split-testing to help you see which emails do better with your list.

Get Response offers all the features that you can find at AWeber. Unlike AWeber, though, Get Response doesn’t offer a ton of stylish email templates. Many people think Get Response’s templates are a little outdated, but depending on your niche, that may be alright.

No matter which email marketing platform you use, you will need to dedicate some time to learning how to create opt-in forms for your blog (where people sign up to your email list), and how to create campaigns, split-test, and create autoresponders. But, as I said, email marketing is one of the big tools you need for a successful blog, so the time spent is worth it.

Insulin Resistance

Medical researchers and physicians are paying more attention to the metabolic disorder called insulin resistance. The very early detection of insulin resistance could halt or even reverse the onset of diabetes for millions of individuals. It has been predicted that by the year 2020 there will be approximately 250 million people worldwide affected by type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is now accepted by clinicians and public health specialist that insulin resistance is playing a major role in this epidemic.

The Critical Role of Insulin

Diabetes is a metabolic disorder which if not diagnosed early and managed properly can be life-threatening. The organ which produces insulin is the pancreas and it is insulin which allows the body to metabolize and utilize sugar efficiently. Insulin acts on the cell membrane to facilitate sugar crossing the barrier to provide energy. In the diabetic child or adult, there is either little production of insulin or poor utilization of insulin by cells and tissue. The three (3) types of Diabetes are Type 1, Type 2 and gestational Diabetes. Diabetes if not controlled causes damage to blood vessels and tissues of major target organs (kidney failure, heart failure, impaired vision and neuropathy of the lower limbs).

Most individuals are insulin sensitive and so insulin keeps the blood sugar level from hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) or hypoglycemia (too low). The cells in our bodies must have sugar for energy. However, sugar cannot pass through the cell membrane directly into the cell. When we eat the blood sugar rises and the beta cells in the pancreas release insulin into the bloodstream. Insulin attaches to the cells to facilitate the absorption of the sugar molecules from the bloodstream. Some have referred to insulin as the “key,” which unlocks the cell membrane to allow sugar to enter the cell to provide the energy needed for cell functions.

Insulin helps store excess sugar in the liver and releases it when your blood sugar level is low or if you need more sugar, such as in between meals or during physical activity. Therefore, insulin helps balance out blood sugar levels and keeps them in a normal range. As blood sugar levels rise, the pancreas secretes more insulin.

When the body does not produce adequate amounts of insulin or your cells are resistant to the effects of insulin, we may develop high blood sugar. Sustained high blood sugar over time can cause long-term complications.

Persons with type 1 diabetes cannot make insulin because the beta cells in their pancreas are damaged or destroyed. These individuals are insulin dependent and will need daily insulin injections to allow their body to metabolize and utilize sugar.

Review Of Language Of Desire By Felicity Keith

Women, do you wish you had more passion and intimacy in your relationship? Do you wish you could access a part of the man’s brain that turns on his primal instinct for passion? Do you wish you could say and do things with your man and not worry about being judged or rejected by him? If yes, then you need to read this review of The Language of Desire. Felicity Keith has written an instruction manual on how to get your man’s mind focused on you and intimacy. It’s a manual that could change your entire relationship, which could change your entire life.

What Is The Language of Desire About?

In part, it’s about dirty talk, but it’s also about so much more. It’s about understanding how men work and what they want. It’s about learning techniques that help you give your man what he desires most. It’s about learning techniques that help you get what you desire most from your man! It’s about increasing the desire in your relationship.

It was created when Felicity Keith knew that she had to do something to create more desire in her marriage, and she thought that learning dirty talk was the answer. But her research led her to something more than just things to say in person, through text, or on the phone. It led her to techniques that tapped into the sexual psychology of men and turn her into a fantasy woman that he dreamed about.

That’s why The Language of Desire is in demand. It’s not about being bad or being dirty. It’s about being super sexy to your man. It’s about tuning into your man’s mind and giving him the messages that he is dying to hear from you.

It’s broken up into 10 Modules.

1. Introduction: Learn about Felicity Keith and the program.

2. Become a Sexual Superwoman: Get out of your comfort zone that tells you that you need to behave in a certain way in order to be proper. For instance, remove the fear of being called a slut because you are a sexual woman. And, learn how to be dirty with dignity!

3. Loving Man’s Best Friend: Learn the secrets of his sexual drive and what he really holds near and dear to him. You will also learn what pornography means to men. With this information, you can stop hating it or labeling your man as something bad if he watches it and, instead, start understanding what he gets from it. This section will be a heavy topic for many women, but it’s worth the read. Plus, you will learn how to use the reason he watches porn to your advantage!

4. Brain Chemistry and Sex: Learn more about the primitive brain and how desire works with it. You will also learn a couple techniques that will increase your intimacy. And you will learn a phrase that every man wants to hear, but very few women say.

5. Create an Erotic Action Movie: This takes role-playing to an exciting level for you and your partner. When he feels like the star of his own sexy script, he won’t need to pretend to be in any other scripts! You will learn how to write and deliver your own sexy movie.

6. Desire Intensifiers: Turn up the heat in your relationship with these intensifiers. This includes a ‘Verbal Viagra’ intensifier that helps snap ‘him’ to attention. And a ‘tease’ intensifier that helps feel the thrill of the chase, even though he already has you.

7. For The Single Lades: If you are single, then this module will help you use the right kind of talk while dating and teach you something to help you get your next guy to commit to you! You will also learn what to do if you have been friend zoned by a man you want to date.

8. Getting Your Fantasies Met: You will learn some techniques to help him become the type of man in bed that you want. You will also learn how to read his mind with what Felicity Keith calls ‘Erotic Telepathy’.

9. When Sex Isn’t Possible: If you are in a long distance relationship or if you are unable to get intimate, this module will help you keep things hot anyway. You will need to be comfortable being verbal with your partner, but it’s worth it!

10. Dirty Talk Mastery: This is where it all comes together and you get your plan in action. Moreover, you will learn how to overcome his objections and deal with a guy who is just not willing to be intimate at all. Lastly, you will learn how to fine tune your techniques.

There is also bonus content that includes:

– The Silent Seduction: Learn how to use your body language to seduce your man.

– Done For Your Texts: I’m sure you text your man, so this will come in handy! There are over 200 text messages, including conversation starters that you can use as is or tweak for your own unique flare.

– Unstoppable Confidence: This is a 48-page PDF and a 95 minute mp3 of a conversation between Michael Fiore and Michael Griswold. So, you can either listen to it or read it. They discuss how the lack of confidence is a problem for so many women and give some insight into men that will boost your understanding and confidence even more.

How It Works

Each section in each module has a PDF file and a mp3 file included. For instance, there are three sections in the first module, and each one has its own PDF file and mp3 file. You can download the PDFs and create a little eBook that you can read wherever you are or put the mp3s on your phone and listen them as you go to and from work.

Each module has worksheets included to help you learn more about yourself and implement what you learn into your relationship. For instance, the first module – Become a Sexual Superwoman, has three worksheets titled:

1. What do you find sexy worksheet
2. Sexploration worksheet
3. What to do if you’ve lost that lovin’ feelin’ worksheet

There is a lot of information in The Language of Desire, so Felicity Keith wants you to keep a journal. This is where you are going to make notes and brainstorm. This is really a place where you can come up with ideas for your own relationship and build a plan.

You can print everything out and put it in a binder. While the program is organized in an easy to use manner, it just helps to have everything in a binder to follow along with or read at your own time. Plus the worksheets need to be printed off, so you can put them behind the appropriate module to keep things in order and work on them when the time comes.

Why Listen To Felicity Keith?

She makes it very clear that she’s not a professional and she doesn’t have experience in an industry that might qualify her to be an expert in dirty talk. But, instead, she is a wife who figured out how to dirty talk to her man in an erotic way that changed their relationship.

She created the Language of Desire as a result of her research into men and what turns them on. The research turned into a blueprint that worked for her. Her friends wanted to use that blueprint and found success with it. And soon she realized that the Language of Desire was something that every woman would love to have because so many women are dying to have the connection with their man that they once had and lost.

The bottom line is that she created a blueprint that works, and that’s why you will want to listen to her. Her blueprint is the key to changing your relationship.

Who Is This For?

You may be thinking that this blueprint won’t work for you because you’ve been together for too long. Or maybe you are worried that you haven’t been together long enough, and your man will think that you are too risque for him. Either way, I’m telling you that there is nothing to worry about because this blueprint is for you. It is for any woman in a relationship with a man.

Even if you just met a guy, the information found inside will teach you how to get his focus on you and keep it on you! You won’t have to worry about any other women turning his head because he will be so drawn to you. And, his focus will always be on you when you understand this stuff.

Who Is This Not For?

This might not be for you if you are unwilling to try something new in your love life. Therefore, if you don’t want to be the one who takes action in your relationship, and you want to wait until you man decides to become more attracted to you – for whatever reason, then don’t get this program. Also, expect your relationship to stay exactly like it is now because if you are not willing to change how you talk and what you do, then nothing is going to change.

What I Loved About The Program

The way they set up the program, with a membership area, allows them to put a comment section under each topic, and you will see that plenty of women are taking advantage of the comment section. The insights and concerns give even more value to the program, so I recommend reading them and sharing your own comments! You can even help other women understand things that you picked up in the program.

Each technique is covered thoroughly so you are not left with more questions than answers. For instance, The Romance Rotator is a technique that puts your desire for romance and desire in the spotlight so that he actually knows what to do to romance you. You learn what ‘need’ you are going to activate in your man. And, you learn how to do it through a step-by-step system.

Lastly, I love the worksheets. Most of them are a few pages long and they make you think about you, your man, and your relationship. They give you actionable tips to increase the intimacy in the relationship and they help you discover things about you, your man, and your relationship in relation to the topic. In other words, you are not just listening to her talk about what worked for her. You are brainstorming how to make what worked for her work for you! You are learning how to take control of your relationship and make your man and you happy again.

The Only Con I Found In The Program

The format of this program is different. You are not going to be delivered a book, which was upsetting to some women who thought they were getting more of a book to download than a bunch of modules to go through. What this means is you have to go through each module (and each section in each module) and download it all separately. I don’t know why they don’t have an option to download all the information with one click. I guess they figure women will learn better the way that they have it.

That said, it’s pretty easy to move through the program the way they have it set up. You sign in with your membership details and you can access the information from anywhere at any time.

Should You Buy The Language of Desire?

Only if you want a better relationship. How’s that for an answer?

The reality is that relationships that lose the passion and fun that they once had can easily go downhill. When one or both people are not satisfied, then one or both people can start to either look for satisfaction in other places or just settle with a mediocre relationship. Neither of those options should be what you want for you or your man.

It can be hard to move out of your comfort zone on your own. You may not want to talk dirty to your man. You may not feel like being intimate with him because, in the past, it’s been so bad. You may not want to come across as too sexual to a new man. But, if you want to change the way your man or men in general interact with you, the techniques and tricks in this program need to be used. In other words, you may need to push yourself out of your comfort zone at first, but once the passion ignites in your relationship, it will be easier and easier to do the things that Felicity Keith recommends doing.

In the end, this program gives you techniques, tips, and tricks to win over your man and make him want you more than he ever has before. That, in my books, is something worth buying. Plus you get a 60-day money back guarantee with the program, which means you can email them for a refund if you are not satisfied. That means you have nothing to lose (besides some time working through the program) and everything to gain.

Warts and Verrucas

Common warts are also called verruca vulgaris. Other names used in the literature are plane juvenile warts; periungual warts; subungual warts; plantar warts; verruca; verrucae planae juveniles; filiform warts. These are benign (non-cancerous) painless growths which can appear on the skin or mucosa. The appearance of the wart is rough and can be flat or elevated out growth from the skin or mucosa. Common locations are the mucocutaneous surface of hands, face, neck, chest, feet, genitals and around the anus. The hands are particularly susceptible to being infected. Most of the warts resolve spontaneously but for those that persist there are a range of treatments available. Warts are more common among children and adolescents but can affect older persons.

Warts are named and classified based on where they appear. Some types of warts are spread through direct contact with the HPV on infected surfaces, skin contact with the wart or during sexual intercourse.

Types of warts include the following:

  • Common warts

These are frequently seen on the hands as a single wart or clusters of warts. Elsewhere the warts tend to be flat and are generally found on the face and forehead.

  • Genito-anal warts (condyloma)

Warts in the genital and pubic area are called genital warts. The warts can also occur on the inner thighs, in the area between the thighs, inside the vagina, anal canal as well as around the anus. These are sexually transmitted.

  • Plantar warts

These warts which occur on the soles of the feet are more common in adolescents and can be very painful resulting in difficulty walking and running. Communal areas such as locker rooms are notorious for spreading the viral verruca infection.

  • Subungual and periungual warts

Warts under the nail are subungual. When they appear around the fingernails or toenails they are called periungual warts.

The health care provider can examine your skin to diagnose warts. In some instances it may be necessary to do a skin biopsy to confirm the diagnosis of a wart. The biopsy can also differentiate common warts from skin cancer. Plantar warts can have the appearance similar to corns and calluses.

Warts are caused mainly by viral infections. Many of the viruses are part of the papovavirus group. Of this group the human papillomavirus HPV is responsible for the common localized skin wart infection. HPV can cause cancerous growths.

An infection can occur if an uninfected person is exposed to a surface such as the floor of a communal shower or locker room where the virus exists. Through an abrasion or cut on the skin or mucosa, the virus enters at the site resulting in the skin changes over time. It can take weeks or even months for a wart or verruca to appear after the initial infection. Symptoms include:

  • A change in the skin or mucosa which has a  rough surfaced nodule that may be either lighter or darker than the surrounding skin
  • Itching of the wart
  • Pain in the area especially those on the sole of the feet

Certain warts have an increased risk of cancer (cervical, penis mouth and throat etc.) and hence the importance of visiting the doctor who is able to determine this.

Many patients will consult with the doctor or podiatrist (chiropodist) about the wart because they find it unsightly. Also with the increased public awareness of skin cancer there is anxiety to have the growth examined by the health professional. Some common warts will resolve spontaneously. It is important for patients to be cautioned not to attempt to remove the wart by burning, cutting, tearing or picking at it. This could result in a spreading of the infection and a worsening of the problem.

Treatment Options

  • Over the Counter OTC medicine. Salicylic acid is a popular wart removal medicine. These should however not be used on the face or genital areas except being applied by a health professional.
  • Prescription strength wart  remover
  • Application of a blistering solution
  • Topical skin medicine called imiquimod used mainly on anogenital warts

Minor surgical procedures

  • Cryotherapy (freezing the wart) to remove it
  • Electrocautery (burning the wart ) to remove it
  • Laser treatment to remove stubborn warts
  • Immunotherapy is injected in the growth to reduce and remove the wart. One promising medicine is called interferon

Supportive Therapy

  • Here are some useful tips to promote the treatment for warts or verruca removal:
  • Insert foot cushions in footwear to ease the discomfort and pain of plantar warts. You can buy these at pharmacies. Wearing socks helps to cushion the plantar warts from pressure.
  • Wear comfortable shoes to lessen pressure on plantar verrucas.
  • Visit the podiatrist or health care provider who can trim away thick skin or calluses that tend to form over warts on your foot or around nails.
  • After applying the wart removal medicine use a nail file or emery board when your skin is damp to remove dead tissue. Discard emery board after each use.
  • Put the medicine on the wart every day for several weeks or months. Follow the instructions on the label.
  • Keep wart covered with a bandage after applying the medicine to prevent the infection from spreading.

Treatment of genital and anal warts

  • Genital and anal warts require a different treatment from that used for common warts.
  • An effective wart removal medicine veregen or podophyllin is applied to anogenital warts
  • File the wart with a nail file or emery board when your skin is damp (for example, after a shower or bath). This helps remove dead tissue. Do not use the same emery board on your nails.
  • Apply the medicine on the wart every daily until the wart disappears. This may take weeks or months.
  • To prevent infecting other parts of the skin it is advised to cover the treated are with a bamdage.

  • Avoid direct contact with a wart whether it is on your body or another person’s skin. The HPV is highly infectious. Always wash hands carefully after touching a wart.
  • In public showers and locker rooms wear protective footwear to avoid getting plantar warts infection.
  • There is a risk of spreading the virus to other parts of your body. Any instrument used to file, remove excessive growth over and around the verrucas/warts must be sterilized after use.
  • The HPV vaccine is given to prevent many types of HPV infections. It may be helpful to prevent anogenital warts.

A Word of Caution

Call your health care provider if:

  • The wart appears infected or bleeds on contact
  • There is a noticeable change in the appearance of the wart
  • The wart is growing rapidly in size
  • The wart has not responded to OTC treatment and you want to have it removed.
  • The wart is painful and interferes with regular activity.
  • You have anal or genital warts.
  • You have diabetes or a weakened immune system (for example, from HIV) and have developed warts.
  • There is any change in the color or appearance of the wart.

There are persons who will try home remedies and homeopathic solutions. Do  not delay to have a health professional examine and treat appropriately the warts especially the anogenital types.

Excessive Sweating

Sweating is a natural body function. It is through the skin that we sweat to regulate body temperature and release toxins. Normally we sweat more in response to excessive heat and this is how the body regulates temperature to cool down. Normally mild sweating occurs all over the body. Excessive uncontrollable sweating is a medical condition which affects mainly the palm of the hands, sole of the feet, underarms, groin and face. This excessive sweating is called hyperhidrosis. There is very little data to support the prevalence of this condition in the general population. We do know however that the condition of excessive sweating affects males and females of all ages. Individuals consult with health professional for remedies as the excessive sweating can affect social and intimate relationships and result in psychological issues. Let us examine the common excessive sweating complaints, causes, symptoms and treatment.

Sweaty feet

Sweaty feet also called plantar hyperhidrosis, is a fairly common condition characterized by excessive sweating on the soles of the feet. Each foot has more than 250,000 sweat glands which make the feet sweat lightly all the time. Excessive sweating results from overactive sweat (eccrine) glands. This condition can lead to other health and social problems including athlete’s foot (a fungal infection) and smelly feet due to bacterial infection of the skin. Some of the contributory factors which cause sweaty feet include:

  1. Hereditary (a medical condition common in members of the same family and across the family’s generations))
  2. Type of footwear worn habitually, especially those made of synthetic material
  3. Emotional stress, anxiety and excessive physical exertion
  4. Sympathetic nervous system over activity is considered by some health professionals to be a trigger for excessive sweating

The family doctor and podiatrist will usually suggest non-invasive treatment to minimize the sweating. Antiperspirants of prescription strength are usually recommended in the first instance. Botox injection to block nerve signals to the sweat glands is another therapy that is tried. An extreme measure is called lumbar sympathectomy which is the surgical cauterization of the nerves thereby interrupting the stimulation of the sweat glands. This treatment has yielded a success rate of over 90%.

Sweaty hands

Sweaty hand is referred to as palmar hyperhidrosis. This is the most common type of hyperhidrosis that persons will visit a doctor for medical consultations. The condition can be so severe it can prevent an individual from working. The psychological distress can result in personal and social issues for both men and women.

Everyday activities which we take for granted are challenging for persons with sweaty hands. Some of the personal embarrassments include the inability to firmly grasp objects, drive, grip a door knob, type on the computer and the inability to do other mundane activities. The emotional distress and embarrassment drives men to keep their hands in the pockets of the pants. Being told frequently how moist or wet the palms are during a handshake is a source of embarrassment and this can shake the self-confidence of persons who are otherwise interesting, pleasant and attractive. Intimate relationships can be ruined by the excessive sweating. There is nothing romantic about being touched by wet cold hands. Sweaty hands can cause high levels of anxiety, nervousness, embarrassment, distress, stress and depression.

Sweaty groin

The groin area also has clusters of sweat glands. Men in particular who have this condition are at times embarrassed by the sweating which soaks through clothing and is visible for all to see. It is also just plain uncomfortable to feel moist in and around the scrotum. Breathable fabric underwear and loose clothing help to keep the area cool. Care must be taken with personal hygiene to avoid body odor.

Excessive underarm perspiration

Dyspareunia “Relief for painful intercourse”

Men and women of all ages experience sexual problems. For older persons the aging process contributes to the cause of sexual problems, Research has indicated that 43% of women and 31% of men reported having sexual dysfunction to different degrees. At the same time not many persons are comfortable discussing their sexual issues with their healthcare providers. The good news is there are many medical and surgical solutions to relieve the pain and suffering caused by common sexual complains such as sexual pain, low libido (sexual drive), and impotence. The focus of this article is on painful intercourse and the conditions which result in many women suffering (at times) in silence. It is time to break the silence.

Persistent or recurrent painful sexual intercourse is called dyspareunia. There is usually either a medical issue or a psychological cause. Dyspareunia is far more common in women than men and can occur during or after sexual intercourse. The pain can be experience in the vagina, clitoris, labia or deeper in the pelvis when there pressure is placed on the cervix. Dyspareunia can cause problems in relationships and ruin sexual intimacy. Once the underlying problem is diagnosed and treated, painful intercourse can be alleviated.

The diagnosis requires the following:

  1. A detailed medical interview on the painful intercourse including:
  • When is the pain experienced (during or after sex)
  • Where hurts (the introitus, vault or deep in the vagina), pelvic area
  • Which position worsens or alleviates the pain
  • Other symptoms (post coital bleeding, urinary symptoms, vaginal discharge etc.)
  1. A complete gynecological examination entails visual external inspection, internal inspection with a speculum and good lighting, abdominal palpation, a digital exam. If the physical exam causes unbearable pain the doctor may then just opt to skip to the diagnostic tests
  2. Diagnostic tests
  • Pelvic ultrasound
  • Vaginal ultrasound
  • High vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity tests
  • Pap smear

Medical Causes

  • Vaginal Dryness

Typically a woman experiences vaginal dryness as she ages. Insufficient lubrication results in pain with potential bleeding during the sexual act. For younger women the vagina is naturally lubricated by the body as a defense against infection and injury. Once an individual is sexually aroused there is extra production of lubrication to facilitate the act of coitus and minimize bruising. Water soluble lubricants are sold over the counter to alleviate dryness. Vaginal topical hormone creams are also prescribed by the doctor
